I just love...love...the entire hospitality, and top notch customer satisfaction! From the beginning, I believe her name is Crystal very pleasant and helpful! Also the other young lady that was there upfront, was very friendly and attentive! Both young ladies displayed excellent customer service! The masseur John gave the best massage! Whoever his instructor was in school, taught him very well! Overall service made me feel like the royalty that I am! This experience was one of the best parts of my 50th b-day! Thank you staff!🤗
Facility was clean and relaxing, the staff kind and helpful. I appreciated the survey ahead of time asking for my music and scent preferences so that the room was ready for me when I got there. The massage (Alex) was one of the best I have ever had and very reasonably priced. It was all around a great experience
