I liked my masseuse a lot, I like the quiet room with the heated neck rolls, I like the ambience. I would have liked my bed to be warmer and the room to be warmer. I was a little cold for a while. My masseuse really listened to me. Her name was Arielle.
The experience overall was great. The spa staff was friendly, the environment clean and relaxing and my massage therapist, Robin, did a great job.
