Because the score is on the high side of the spectrum and I never give the highest because there is ALWAYS room for improvement..eg: The spa, the staff the actual massages were great. But the shower did not work properly...
She was very pleasurable to talk to and did a great job and was very conscious about making sure my comfort level was OK the whole entire time
