After I completed the paperwork at the front, I asked to use the bathroom and once I was inside the front desk attendant seemingly forgot that I was there and did not seem to notify the massage therapist that I was waiting. I wasn't given instructions on what to do to prepare and given that it was my first time there it would have been helpful.
Massage was excellent!!
