I responded to the $20 off booked by Feb 6 and use book online tool show it as eligible; $119 for service at $20 off. At checkout, the $20 off was not reflected. Since it was 8pm, I didn't bring it up to the young staff at the front desk. It left a bad taste in my mouth, 2nd incident. The facial was great. The billing/checkout not so much.
