The only improvement I would make would be in regards to appointments most place send you a confirmation text as soon as you make the appointment with date and time... for you to reference...currently I only get a reminder the day before

I was told the add on scalp treatment was $15 but when I looked at my receipt when I left I was charged $20. Also the scalp treatment did not last 10 min and didn't feel like a deep scalp massage
