I had a little anxiety With having the mask on the whole time because I'm not used to wearing a mask because I don't go out. So I thought I'd be nervous having it on for an hour. I thought I'd be claustrophobic and Richelle was very compassionate and I was talking to her the whole time which made it very soothing for me and made the time pass and I just loved the hour of relaxation with no anxiety. I was talking to her and that was the only thing that distracted me and she was just so kind and I enjoyed her very much.
