Marcos and Shan are lovely and professional. My boyfriend and I got the couple’s massage, and it was perfect. The atmosphere is luxurious and you feel pampered as soon as you walk in the door.

I would have loved to give a 10 because my massage was amazing by Gigi, however I was disappointed upon arrival when I scheduled a couples massage for my wedding anniversary, but was brought to the back for only my husband to be taken to his own room. I questioned what was happening and they said sorry that they double booked the couples appointment. We were disappointed, and decided to each get our own massages. What was great is that the front desk did help make it right by taking money off each of our massages, which we really appreciated. Hopefully next time we can look forward to enjoying the experience together!!
