I've been a member for years and love coming to Spavia! However, on Friday I scheduled a 7pm facial with Carol and unfortunately I didn't get to go in until 7:20pm. Now both Carol and the staff member were extremely apologetic and amazing. I am an extremely flexible person so I didn't mind the wait at all! Since the person before me came late, my appointment was shortened. My 50 min. facily was from 7:20pm-7:52pm. Again, Carol was AMAZING and left my skin incredbile, and the staff person was great, however, I just felt bad that Carol had no breathing room and was probably starving from no break in between cliets. I just felt for her working conditions. And again, I was flexible and don't want to complain about my shortened facial, but want to bring this up so management can consider giving their staff breathing time in between clients. I'm very satisfied with the service but the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on outside the room and it was noisy last time I was there and wasn't able to fully enjoy my massage
