I've been a member for years and love coming to Spavia! However, on Friday I scheduled a 7pm facial with Carol and unfortunately I didn't get to go in until 7:20pm. Now both Carol and the staff member were extremely apologetic and amazing. I am an extremely flexible person so I didn't mind the wait at all! Since the person before me came late, my appointment was shortened. My 50 min. facily was from 7:20pm-7:52pm. Again, Carol was AMAZING and left my skin incredbile, and the staff person was great, however, I just felt bad that Carol had no breathing room and was probably starving from no break in between cliets. I just felt for her working conditions. And again, I was flexible and don't want to complain about my shortened facial, but want to bring this up so management can consider giving their staff breathing time in between clients.
