There was nothing that could have been done better. Check in was smooth and quick. My facial was soothing and so was the scalp massage. Both my hair and skin look great today. I appreciate that I was not pressured into buying anything but Josie was able to give me a few suggestions to go with my skin type.

The appointment started on time. The facility was clean. The staff was courteous with a nice attitude when I was greeted at the front desk and the massage therapist did a great job. I just needed more time. My next appointment will be for at least 90 minutes.
