I would have given a 10 but there was absolutely no notice given about the price increase. Felt that should have been either emailed to me prior to appointment or at least before I paid.

Great customer service on the front end. I've had 4 different therapists and all have been great. My pregnant wife has also greatly enjoyed her treatments dealing with sciatic pain. The membership discounts make it more affordable for frequency and the amenities are a great addition to the overall experience.
