I called with a last minute visit and was accommodated without hesitation, and the front desk girls were nothing but a pleasure. They were cheerful and relaxing upon arrival, helpful in explanation, and weren't pushy with sales. The locker room/relaxation room was a shock to me - didn't expect to see it but was surely grateful it was there! And lastly, my massage top notch in every aspect of expectations. Andrea was a sweetheart and took the tip to work my problem areas even though we hadn't met before. I will sure be back for more services

The. Service was a 20, but was disappointed that it was not the full 60 mins. It was not made clear that we needed to be there and ready by 9am. So the experience was impacted.
