I loved the facial and liked the technician a lot. The front desk staff were also very nice. I didn't like the upsell my technician tried (recommending a $40 cleanser available at Spavia). I am happy to spend a reasonable amount on a great experience, and tip the technician well, but I'd strongly prefer to not be pushed to buy expensive products after.
