It was nothing I had ever experienced before, as it was my first facial. It was very relaxing and completely satisfying to say the least. I didn't think my blackhead would ever be gone. The atmosphere was very welcoming, allowing you to escape to wherever your mind takes you. The staff was pleasant and everyone welcomed me with a positive attitude and a smile. The only setback for me was the cost for the products I purchased. However I intend to pamper myself on a monthly basis. Thank you ALL for the lovely experience!
