I had a shoulder/arm situation that was worsening. Sleeping and simple tasks were becoming problematic. My massage therapist Debbie asked the right questions at the onset, understood my problem areas and clearly explained how she would proceed. Although it was a deep tissue massage, it was also soothing. Debbie was clear about what to expect the next day and how I could help myself. BTW, I was as expected quite sore after but pain free the next day. A big fan!
