I had a great experience with my aesthetician. I provided a 10 because the service was excellent. I had a great facial with noticeable results. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to improve the check in process (for which I did not dock points since the focus is on my actual treatment). I believe I was the last appointment of the day. Upon entering I wasn't greeted with my name - more so under the assumption that I was, in fact, the 5pm facial, which felt impersonal and a little off putting. The check in process was lengthy. My iPad died when I was almost finished with the questionnaire so I had to fill out the same info manually on paper. Otherwise it was a great experience and I'll happily be back.
