I called to say I was running a little behind so they said update your form online and I did. When I arrived they swept to the ladies dressing room, I changed and my therapist came and got me and she went to work. It never felt rushed and Ripka gave me a great deep tissue massage. All of the staff was very pleasant and welcoming.
