The facility is extremely clean, I was told the areas are sanitized. That provided me with some peace of mind to start. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything is organized. The lounge area which we can relax before and after services is such a wonderful touch. The bathrobes are luxurious and soft. I love the services that are available, it's everything that I've been looking for. The ambiance was perfect for me, specifically the lighting, the zen music, and the aromatics. My therapist was knowledgeable and his technique was very fluid which was excellent for me. I'm a woman and I like for an experience to flow. My massage was very relaxing, resetting, and replenishing. In comparison to other seemingly robotic massages (and an unorganized flow) I've received in the area, this is certainly the best experience I've had in a long time. I'm so grateful for you all! Thank you ❤️
