The personnel: very professional and friendly. The ambience: I love the color schemes which are so soothing and inviting. The relaxing music and wonderful scents. The set up: How the bathroom, lockers and retreat area are situated and lighted. I felt so pampered with the robes, sandals, warm blankets, warm neck pillow. A lot of thought has been put to attention to detail on how to pamper a person. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!
