  • The spa and service by noelle was awesome. My #1 issue and pet peeve which makes this visit 9 not 10 is the scheduling staff that continually changes my appointment times or service providers to suit the salons needs without consulting or considering their clients. I will end my membership if this happens one more time. Spavia, your service starts before your guests arrive. I shouldn't be ticked off because of your inconsideration because you want to "maximize" the service providers time. It nakes me feel like U am going to the DMV not a dayspa. Please stop messing with the appointments and if you want to...how about asking your guest first. Little secret, because you moved my appointment up without asking, I made certain I was right on time... otherwise, I probably woukd have arrived earlier, and had you asked, I would have started my appointment sooner. Its really rude and I dont take rudeness well. To the owner, you talked to me at the spa. You have a beautiful business.. teach the front desk to have a hospitality mindset.
