I did not have the best massage, but Nicole (customer service manager) was extremely understandable and upgraded my facial that was the next day! Which was one of the best facials I have ever had! Everyone I have ever encountered at spavia has been amazing and so sweet. The atmosphere is really what keeps me coming back! I just wish I had more time to stay and paint a wine glass!

Professional and respectful staff. Based on my Spa experiences from traveling, the only thing I would recommend is for loungers and detox water dispensers to be in the relaxation rooms. The chairs do not give as relaxing of an atmosphere

The facials and massages are soooooo very relaxing, the body feels wonderful after having one. The staff is extremely friendly.
