The staff at the front handled a very difficult customer right when I walked in. I didn't catch her name but she dealt with the difficult situation like a professional. She empathized with the customers frustration, although I thought the frustrations were self inflicted. She made the customer feel like she was heard and flipped the experience. Even with the customer being very rude. She helped me get set up and the frustration that she should Have had wasn't detectable. I appreciated her commitment to my experience. The massage therapist was outstanding. I felt comfortable in every way and felt relaxed after the service. The staff went above and beyond for my experience and I can't wait to come back.

The robes are getting very worn and thin. Service is great but the robes need replaced, thin and becoming discolored.
