This was my first visit to Spavia and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. The provided robe and slippers were a nice touch I have not had outside of a hotel spa. All staff were very polite, professional, and very welcoming to make sure that I had a pleasant experience (i.e. massage therapist checking in to ensure enough pressure, etc.).
