The entire experience was very relaxing from start to finish. The woman who did my massage (julianna I think?) was absolutely amazing & SO sweet. Very fun to talk to. This was my first massage experience ever and I was pretty worried it was going to be awkward but she made it soooo much more relaxing than I thought possible. I'll absolutely be back.

I would have chose a 10 but I felt like I was cold the entire time I was at the spa. Maybe heavier robes for winter would help?
