Customer service was exceptional all around, actual massage was lovely. I was disappointed in the gift card policy, not really sure why it's not accepted in ohio.

All techs were awesome! The only thing is that not only the back room was cold the facial room I was in first was also cold. I f the temp was turned up a bit I would have been more comfortable!
