I like going to Spavia and always have good experiences with the service. My only suggestions: i always enjoy getting there a bit early to enjoy the quiet room. None of the diffusers were turned on when I was there and all the tea canisters were empty. Also, the bathroom trash can was full. I know it was busy the day I was there, but it would make everyone’s experience much better if someone in the front would periodically check the supplies throughout the day. Thank you!
