Shannon is incredibly talented. It's probably the best massage I've ever gotten. She made me feel comfortable and my muscles feel way less tense. I also loved the vibe of the spa. It was all around a comfortable and relaxing experience. Already have recommended spavia to friends and family. Will reschedule with Shannon in the future

Everything was good. Elaine, my therapist, did a great job. The only thing was the pot of water in the rest area was lukewarm, not hot at all for the tea I had made. Again everything else was good
