• Anne gave a wonderful deep tissue massage! I had a first in all the years where I dropped the head down a little & the neck & shoulders could be massaged even deeper Reception ladies were very welcoming

• Anne was great as always. I only docked a point because one of the girls up front was on her phone, no cold water in the lounge, and the dirty laundry bin was out in the middle of the changing room. Not usually the norm so I'll take it as the exception.
