I was happy to have a massage therapist who wears & required me to wear a mask. Xander was calm & reassuring. He went over my health history & reviewed how he would modify my massage. He also recommended differences & asked me for any suggestions or requests - firmer/ lighter. He also acknowledged my massage requests. The room was dark & calming. The bed was heated just perfectly. The changing area was comfortable & private & sanitized. A warm clean robe & slide plastic sandals were provided, as well as a combination locker. Hot & cold tea choices were offered in the inner waiting room, as was a warm shoulder & neck pillow. A sanitized shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were provided. Very lovely & calming & rejuvenating experience.
