The atmosphere is very calming & I'm happy Xander offers masked-only massages. The entrance is bright & welcoming. The changing area is clean & the robes provided are luxurious. I'm happy for the lockers provided - no need to bring my own lock! Usually, there are clean plastic sandals made available to use. The inner waiting area is darkened with candle lighting, calm & with soothing spa music. The hot tea selection (Republic of Tea) is wonderful. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be taken back for my massage. Xander is an incredible massage therapist & listens to all my special requests (I have a few areas that need to be avoided since I was recently diagnosed with an unusual blood clotting disorder) The massage table is heated perfectly & the entire massage is a calming therapeutic experience with candle lighting & music. Once the massage is finished, I can relax again with hot tea - or cold water - & a warm shoulder pillow in the inner waiting room. I'm never rushed. After, the shower is nice, with a curtained entry/drying section in front. towels & wash cloths, as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, & body lotion are provided. The changing rooms are sufficiently large enough & include a chair. 2 large sinks, mirrors & hair dryer are also in the women's changing room. * my only complaint yesterday 3/28, was that there weren't any sandals available & the body lotion was very low. I had to turn the bottle over to get some out

Crystal is truly an amazing masseuse. I left knowing I just had the best therapeutic massage I have ever had. My body feels so great. Including my bad knees.
