It was my first time ever getting anything done at a spa and everyone was very friendly, told me exactly what was going to happen during the facial &massage and I left feeling like the Queen of England! It was a fabulous day and I felt very relaxed! Thank you!!

Makenna's massage was exactly as I would have scripted it- thorough, (even a little feet, hand and scalp)perfect pressure, perfect amount of talk, liked the music, temperature- couldn't have been better. Laura's facial was great- she helped educate me about products and their purposes- I don't know much about facials in general to make any comparisons. I was a little disappointed not to get the microabrasion, but they called and told me in advance that I wouldn't so I'll be sure about it when I schedule next time. I think Laura did a great job and I got my money's worth. So happy to be a Spavia member👏
