I had an expired gift card that Longmont Spavia refused to honor. I found it extremely disappointing that we are nearly two years into a pandemic and they wouldn't even consider honoring my expired gift card. Longmont Spavia was a huge disappointment in this regard, but Boulder Spavia took the time to look up my gift card code, make sure that there was indeed money on the card, and invited me to use it at their spa. Moving forward, I will drive further to bring my business to Spavia Boulder.
