• Welcoming staff in lobby, clean facilities, calming relaxation room, highly skilled masseuse. There was a slight mishap with me thinking my name had been called however it was someone with the same name, the staff who was welcoming her was a bit put off by my mistake - this could have been a bit better experience with a more respectful look and wording by the staff.
