• My facial person Olivia was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and let me close if I wanted to know about the whole process before continuing or just let her do her thing which I thought was nice. This was my first at the facility and it was very clean everyone was nice and helpful especially explaining the process or using the robe the lockers and the shoes along with having the relaxation room before your actually service was amazing
