• The entire facility was clean and beautifully designed. I immediately felt relaxed when I was taken back into the changing area and relaxation retreat. I absolutely loved the hot lavender neck pillows, and choice of tea or water in the retreat before my massage. Rayanne was wonderful. Her technique was unique and worked well for me and all the knots in my back. She also helped in getting my restless leg under control as well. All in all I was very happy with everything and how I could relax even longer in the retreat after my massage. I was so relaxed and happy to be there. I felt so welcomed and the environment invites you to take your time. Wonderful incredible experience. I will definitely be making this my regular day spa!

• Having two people in reception one on the phone and the other not servicing a client, and having to wait until the phone call finished to be greeted was not very professional. Also the front desk person being hidden behind a large computer screen, was not welcoming.
