• I felt precautions were being followed to ensure the safety of staff and clients. I only saw one other client while I was there. All staff wore masks. I was running a few minutes late and Kira phoned me to see if I was coming. That was great customer service and she was very nice when she checked me in/out. She seemed to enjoy her job which is refreshing. I had signed up for a hydroderm facial and Stephanie advised that another one would be better for my skin type. I appreciated her caring enough to not just give me the one that I had thought I wanted, but giving me the one better suited for me.
