• The experience was very lovely. Everything was perfect. One thing though is, on my preference sheet, I chose an option for 'No Talking' but the girl who did my facial sparked conversation. I didn't want to be rude so I responded. My husband bought me the experience because I just had a baby and I needed some relax time. And I just wanted to lay there and enjoy the facial. I didn't really want to get into nitty gritty details of my skincare routine. Admittedly, I did keep the conversation going because I felt awkward silence (that's on me) but I feel like it did take away from the experience. I really just wanted to lay there and enjoy the treatment but the talking was distracting. I really wish the staff would review and listen to the preferences. But she did a great job on my skin and I can tell my skin glows!
