• Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff are nice, professional and friendly, the place is clean and tidy. The massage therapist really has a good technique and very good, just wish for me she will give a little more pressure. I know it's a little hard between medium and firm 🤗

• First, I was sent a massage consent form instead if facial form. Human error.. no problem there. As i was filling the form before the appt, i noticed on the form for Hydraderm that no retinoid 7 days prior.. nobody reminded me of that. I do use Differin otc daily.. my skin is not sensitive so it was ok. Perhaps it was noted online when i made the appt? Not sure?
