• I think 9 is a great score.. love the place! I didn't get long to sit in lounge before my massage and relax prior, but not a huge deal. Can't wait for my next massage and Angela is amazing!

• I got stuck in traffic and was delayed and they were able to accommodate me. I was so relieved. The whole spa experience was great & relaxing. I had the hot rock massage. It was fabulous. Hannah did a great job, the pressure was perfect. I felt so refreshed and revitalized. (I loved the comfy robe too.) The welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

• Everything was lovely! I really enjoyed myself. Kyle was great and Shandara is superb. She is so personable and does a fabulous job! But I was not really impressed with the lack of friendliness by one person and the dryness (yet sweet) of the other at the front. That would have normally deterred me from staying if I had not prepaid. But then the lady I can't remember her name (same person who set my appointment) was nice and thankfully Kyle and Shandara being personable made up for it. I'm used to my normal spa everyone from beginning to end is extremely personable. That makes for a greater experience.
