• I'm convinced Tierney has magic hands. I walked in carrying enough tension to qualify as a human stress ball and somehow floated out feeling like I'd been issued a brand-new body. What amazes me most is her incredible knowledge of exactly how much pressure a body can handle. She somehow finds that perfect sweet spot between "ouch" and "please never stop." The best part? Just when I think, "This is it. This is my favorite part of the massage," she casually moves on to another area and works it in a way I didn't even know was possible. Somehow, every new section becomes my new favorite. I kept thinking, "Wait...my shoulders can feel like this? My forearms? My calves?" It was one delightful surprise after another. You can tell she has a deep understanding of anatomy because every movement feels intentional. She's not just giving a massage—she's tracking down every knot that's been hiding for months and convincing it to leave peacefully. Fair warning: Tierney has completely ruined massages for me because now my standards are impossibly high. If you're lucky enough to get on her schedule, do yourself a favor and book the appointment. Your body will write you a thank-you note later.
