I got a last minute appt because I had severely injured my neck/upper back muscles. I told Erin what pain I was having and where, and she focused on that area and gave me tips for how to prevent it from happening again. She managed to massage me without pain and I felt so much better when I left. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
