I appreciated that thoughtfulness if my massage therapist. She was aware of my trigger points and did what she could to ease the knots and tension with as little pain as possible.

The spa is well maintained the therapists are professional it is difficult to get appointments and it is more expensive than some of the others but it is close to where I live for the occasional massage it is good but if I do more frequent ones I may have to look for a more cost effective option
