Ashley did an amazing job. She really listened to me when I talked to her about my problem areas. I didn't even talk to her about my knee which was a pain level 10 when walking down stairs. Now it is maybe a pain level 2. I felt like she really knew what she was doing. She also answered questions about problem areas. I am convinced I need to come back for a visit with her often.
