From the first moment you walk in, Spavia is a very relaxing and inviting place. The personalized questionnaire made me feel listened to and respected. Everymoment was tranquil and relaxing and my masseuse was amazing.

Lovely spa experience and Casey is an excellent masseuse! The whole locker and robe part was a bit cumbersome...I wasn't clear about the locker code, it was explained clearly but when left to myself I was hoping instructions were nearby... also putting on a robe that feels like 10 lbs and coming in at 95° weather I thought I was going to burn up in that! I'm sure it saves Spavia time to not have guests change in the room, but I would prefer that. It would save you a lot of time and $ laundering the robes...or at least have a lighter option for summer.
