The form you fill out in the beginning was amazingly thorough. I liked the question about whether conversation was okay, and that we could pick out the music and lotion scent. I also really liked the robe and the relaxation room beforehand. I'd never experienced that before. My therapist was also great. She incorporated the hot stones into my massage perfectly.
