My overall experience was wonderful. Really enjoyed the relaxation room before my service. Alysa was fantastic and addressed my needs. Best massage I have had in a long time! My only suggestion would be to offer a varied size in robes for guests. Mine was a bit too small and I was self conscious that I would "flash" someone while walking to my service room. Other than that it was a delightful experience at Spavia!

The specialist found me in the men's section, honestly I didn't know that was the men's as im normally in there with my husband. She could have been more polite. Took her a couple of minutes to come back with lotion. I had a neck warmer on and her hands were really cold on that area as she didn't remove it. She started with my back and rolled the blanket to my waist, I thought they only rolled the section they were working on.
