The massage was excellent and is worthy of a 10. I did not rate my overall experience a 10 because the facility was not up to Spavia standards. The toilet seat in the women's restroom was broken causing the seat to slip side to side when used. The hot water faucet on the left hand sink either needs maintenance or needs to be replaced. It was hard to turn on and looked corroded.
