It would have been a 10 but there were little things like the little room before our massage didn't have enough of the heated neck wraps for everyone, several of the slippers were broken and since we were asked the size of shoe we wore I would have assumed our correct size would have been given to us instead of having to dig in a basket of shoes. Also I loved my masseuse, however, I wondered if she had read what I filled out before my massage. Sort of felt like The questionnaire was a waste of my time because things like the shoes and the masseuse not knowing what I had requested before I got in there. But overall experience was nice and I would refer.
