I went with my two daughters and all three of us had a great massage. My therapist, Haily, was excellent. Our experience was great. The only suggestion I would have for Spavia would be to make the relaxation room a little more comfortable. The seats aren't that comfortable!

Great overall experience. The only reason I didn’t rate a 10 was because I had to fill out a form with my music preference and lotion scent and neither were used. It was also my first time and I felt like I could have used a little more direction on what to do, what was going to be done, etc. but now I know what to expect!
